Damaged Products: If a product is damaged upon delivery, you can return it immediately if the delivery person is present.
Return Process:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged product.
  2. Send the photo via Messenger within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Our team will replace the damaged product promptly.

Note: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition for replacements.
